I love a good tradeshow. There’s something about all the people with common interests, gathered together in one location, eating overpriced, stale concessions while trading information and experiences, attending educational seminars, gossiping about their industry… That’s why I’m hoping that come October 2009, I’ll be one of the thousands in Las Vegas attending BlogWorld & New Media Expo. This year’s show is extra special because it represents the merging of two previous separate shows, Rick Calvert’s BlogWorld Expo and Tim Bourquin’s New Media Expo. Joining me today are Rick and Tim, who I hope will tell us about the decision to bring their competing shows under one tent, as well as discuss the state of blogging and new media.
